Why Navdora Exists
Travel information can become outdated quickly. Travelers often rely on reviews, blogs, and videos that may no longer reflect current conditions. Navdora was created to help travelers obtain information directly from people who are currently living in or familiar with their destination.

" I'm a family man and our family loves to travel. We meet new people and gain new experiences. We love it. Traveling with a family doesn't mean you throw yourself and your family into new situations and "hope for the best"; it means you become familiar with research tools. Some time ago, we were planning a trip to somewhere new, very unfamiliar. Excited? Yes. Anxious? Absolutely. All the research we could do online and I still could not with 100% confidence be sure the area we were staying in was going to be right for us - and, as it turned out, it wasn't. Determined to do better next time, the idea for Navdora was born. Now our family and travelers everywhere can gain the invaluable insight of someone who's local, who knows exactly what the area is like and will tell us exactly what to expect. Because when you're planning a trip, especially with the people who matter most, local insight can make all the difference. "
Our Global Guide Network
Navdora's network continues to grow with currently 50+ Guides in 15 countries, covering 250+ locations.
Prospective Guides apply through our Become a Guide page. We then clearly explain what travelers expect from Guides and how compensation works.
To help ensure that our Guides genuinely live in or near the destinations they represent, we conduct an identity and location verification process that includes submitting identification and a current, unaltered selfie.
We also periodically send mock requests to evaluate how Guides communicate, respond to travelers' needs, and carry out the type of assistance they may be asked to provide.
