Submitting a request is completely free.
Your request will be reviewed by Navdora and, when possible, assigned to a Verified Local Resident who lives in or near the location.
You decide what you want investigated.
Ask about a specific property, neighbourhood, route, business, attraction, noise, construction, accessibility, atmosphere—or anything else that matters to you.
If your investigation is completed, you'll be invited to purchase the completed response for CAD $149.
Only then do you decide whether you'd like to receive the full report, photographs, video, and firsthand observations prepared specifically for your request.
Every investigation is based on what can be observed at the location at the time it is completed. Conditions can change, but the information you receive is current to the investigation.
